During this time you can also consider our long term rental properties. We offer Private Residential Tenancies (PRT) for those people looking to pay a monthly rental. PRTs require the tenant to pay a monthly rental in advance, up to six months maximum. A deposit is also required which is paid into a Tenancy Deposit Scheme: Safe Deposits Scotland.
