Key Collection
We offer a meet and greet service at the property. This can be arranged after your booking has been confirmed.
Opening Hours
Monday to Friday 09:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs
Check In
Standard Check-in 14:30 hrs to 20:00 hrs
Late Check-in 20:00 to 22:00 hrs (£30 GBP) payable at time of booking
Extra Late Check-in 22:00 to 24:00 hrs (£40 GBP) payable at time of booking
Early check-in may be possible depending on the scheduling
Check Out
Normal Check-out is before 10:30hrs
Late Check-out 12:00hrs (£30 GBP payable at the time of booking)
Luggage Storage
Guests are welcome to leave luggage at our office during opening hours if they arrive before normal check-in time or have a later flight or train

Car Parking
Many of our properties have on-site car parking. This can be added to your booking if applicable. For those properties which have no parking facilities, we have discounts arranged with most public car parks in the city. Please contact us for more information
Payment Terms
Pay 25% to confirm your booking
Pay remaining 75% no later than 14 days before arrival
Refundable Security Deposit payable no later than 14 days before arrival
